RiseUp Homeschool Ministry, RUHM, was formed out of the desire to provide a place of community for Christian homeschooling families, while offering parent led classes to supplement and enrich their children’s education. RUHM falls under the Children’s Ministry of Ramoth Baptist Church.
Each RUHM family is expected to have one parent in attendance with their child(ren) and to serve in some capacity during two of our three periods throughout the day. The third period will be a fellowship period for the parent to enjoy time with other RUHM parents. There are several areas to serve throughout the day: teaching or teaching assistant, assisting in the nursery, toddler, or pre-K room.
RUHM meets at Ramoth Baptist Church in Stafford, VA on Thursdays for two 12-week semesters from August-November and January-April.

Unfortunately we are also closing our wait-list to new families. We recognize that there is a huge need in the community for another group like ours. Please join us in prayer for a leader to step up and partner with us to duplicate what we have created.
